Data race via premature VP9 frame return

Race condition in FFmpeg 7.0's VP9 decoder allows remote attackers to trigger unsynchronized access using crafted VP9 video. For show-existing frames under frame threading, vp9_decode_frame returns a reference before decoding finishes, so av_frame_ref reads side data while the decoder thread attaches it. The race requires export of video encoding parameters; published evidence identifies no resulting crash, corruption, or data disclosure.
