Media-processing interruption via block-alignment integer overflow

Integer overflow in FFmpeg 6.1.1 libavformat DXA demuxer allows local users to interrupt media processing with crafted DXA input. In dxa_read_header, block-alignment rounding adds block_align before subtracting one, so a near-INT_MAX bytes-per-chunk value overflows a signed int. The target must process attacker-controlled DXA content locally; the published impact is availability loss without confidentiality or integrity impact.
