Root command execution via untrusted stpEn parameter

Command injection in Tenda O3V2 1.0.0.12(3880) allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands with root privileges. The SetStp handler incorporates the untrusted stpEn parameter into an operating-system command without neutralizing command syntax. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants full control of the appliance.
