Stored script execution via unsanitized client name

Stored cross-site scripting in Aegon Life 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary script in a user's browser through the name field. insertClient.php accepts an unsanitized name value and stores it for Client.php to render as active HTML rather than escaped text. Exploitation requires a user to visit the affected client page, where the stored payload runs in that user's web origin and can read or alter browser-accessible data.
