Authenticated daemon restart via AES-GMAC proposal

Denial of service in The Libreswan Project's Libreswan 3.22 through 4.14 allows remote authenticated users to restart the IKE daemon via Quick Mode. In compute_proto_keymat(), an unexpected AES-GMAC transform produces zero-length encryption key material, but processing continues into a key-length assertion that aborts the daemon. Exploitation requires successful IKEv1 peer authentication and a connection with no esp= setting; automatically loaded connections can enter repeated restart cycles, while IKEv2 is unaffected.
