CVE-2024-36491Network attack vector

Administrative OS command execution via undisclosed CLI flaw

Published Jul 17, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2025

OS command injection in Century Systems FutureNet router firmware allows remote authenticated administrators to execute arbitrary OS commands. Public advisories identify the administrative CLI as the vulnerable surface but do not disclose the command, parameter, or missing neutralization step. An administrator must log in to the affected product's CLI; exploitation permits sensitive-data access and modification and can interrupt service.
