Service interruption via invalid accept-state assertion

Service interruption in the Linux TCP accept path allows local users to trigger a kernel warning through crafted socket state transitions. __inet_accept() required an accepted child socket to be in TCP_SYN_RECV or TCP_ESTABLISHED even though shutdown() could move it to TCP_FIN_WAIT1 before accept(). A local low-privileged user must manipulate a listening TCP socket; the warning interrupts service only where kernel warnings are configured as fatal.
