Remote kernel crash via scoped scatter-gather list

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel RDMA/RTRS code allows remote attackers to crash affected kernels through crafted RDMA messages. In send_io_resp_imm(), an ib_sge list declared only inside the always_invalidate block is later needed to build the RDMA response work request. The RTRS server is reachable without authentication over routable RDMA transports, and always_invalidate defaults to enabled.
