Administrator access via unchecked session cookie signature

Authentication bypass in Zabbix frontend 6.0.0 through 6.0.31, 6.4.0 through 6.4.16, and 7.0.0 allows remote attackers to gain administrator access. CEncryptedCookieSession::read accepted base64-encoded session data without checking its signature, allowing a forged zbx_session cookie to supply an administrator session. The frontend must use SSO, and successful exploitation yields the privileges and data access of a Zabbix administrator.
