Uncontrolled resource consumption in Zabbix 7.0.0alpha1 through 7.0.0 allows remote attackers to crash its server via a browser item script. The browser_perf.c WebDriver performance-data collector accepts script-generated entry sets without bounding their size, permitting unchecked allocation. Reachability requires browser monitoring with a configured WebDriver endpoint and a browser item that processes attacker-controlled content; the reported consequence is limited to a server crash.
