CRLF injection in Broadcom Symantec SiteMinder Web Agent 12.52 SP1 CR11 and earlier and 12.8 allows attackers to run JavaScript in browsers. The Web Agent fails to neutralize CRLF sequences when constructing HTTP responses, allowing attacker-controlled content to become response payload. Exploitation requires an affected Windows Web Agent on IIS or Domino and active interaction with the crafted response; successful attacks execute script in the client browser.
