Unauthenticated root shell via credential-free Telnet

Missing authentication in Swissphone DiCal-RED 4009 allows remote attackers to obtain an interactive root shell through Telnet. The TCP port 23 Telnet service opens a Linux BusyBox shell as root without requesting credentials or performing an authentication check. Any network host that can reach the service can execute commands with full device privileges; no user interaction or prior account is required.
