Sensitive file disclosure via anonymous FTP access

Missing authentication in Swissphone DiCal-RED 4009 allows remote attackers to read most device files through anonymous FTP. Its ProFTPD service on TCP port 21 accepts the username anonymous with any password and exposes the filesystem under the ftp service account. Reachability to port 21 is sufficient; sensitive configuration such as /etc/deviceconfig is readable, while permission-restricted files remain inaccessible.
