System crash via user-accessible driver IOCTLs

NULL pointer dereference in K7RKScan.sys in K7 Ultimate Security before 17.0.2019 allows local users to crash Windows via crafted IOCTLs. The driver accepts IOCTL codes 0x222010 and 0x222014 from the Everyone group and dereferences a NULL pointer while processing them. Any local low-privileged account can trigger a BSOD that terminates the operating system and running security processes.
