Authenticated code execution via connector path traversal
Published Jun 10, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Path traversal in SuiteCRM connectors before 7.14.4 and 8.0.0 through 8.6.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The advisory maps the flaw to CWE-22 but does not identify the connector endpoint, function, or unsafe pathname operation that reaches code execution. A valid low-privilege account and network access are required; successful exploitation runs code beyond the connector component's security scope.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
