Remote code execution via unsafe XPath evaluation

Eval injection in GeoTools before 29.6, 30.0 through 30.3, and 31.0 through 31.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. Several app-schema, complex-feature, and StreamingParser methods pass user-controlled XPath directly to Commons JXPath, which permits Java method invocation. Exposure requires a consuming application to route user input into those APIs; successful calls run code with the application's privileges.
