SYSTEM code execution via unquoted installer path

Unquoted path handling in Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk Remote Access 13.5.0.174 allows local users to execute code as SYSTEM. The FTRA installer processes an executable path containing spaces without quotation marks, allowing a malicious executable to be selected during path resolution. Exploitation requires administrator privileges and interaction with the installer package, and successful exploitation runs the attacker's code as SYSTEM.
