Cross-project takeover via mismatched project identifiers

Improper authorization in Kanboard 1.2.36 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to take over projects via a modified request. ProjectPermissionController::addUser() authorizes the URL project_id but passes the unverified body project_id to the role model, allowing the identifiers to select different projects. Project Manager access to one project is sufficient to control other projects and read, modify, or delete their data.
