OS command injection in SysAid On-Premises 23.3.38 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary system commands. The Israel National Cyber Directorate and SysAid have not published the affected request, parameter, or command-building code. Exploitation requires a high-privileged account and can read or alter server data or interrupt the service through commands executed by the SysAid process.
