Authenticated data disclosure via unchecked API permissions
Published May 29, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Missing authorization in JetBrains TeamCity before 2024.03.2 allows remote authenticated users to read protected data through API endpoints. Certain TeamCity API endpoints return data without checking whether the requesting account has permission to access it. A valid account is required, and the published vendor assessment limits the demonstrated consequence to confidentiality loss.
