Stored XSS in TeamCity before 2022.04.7, 2022.10.6, 2023.05.6, and 2023.11.5 allows remote authenticated users to run browser script. OAuth connection settings retain attacker-controlled content that is later rendered without sufficient neutralization; JetBrains has not identified the field or code path. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and another user to view the saved setting, exposing or modifying data available to that browser session.
