Administrator-level stored XSS via unescaped field names

Stored XSS in ThemeHunk Lead Form Builder & Contact Form before 1.9.8 allows remote authenticated users to run script in visitors' browsers. The form editor stores a crafted Field Name without sanitization, and the shortcode-rendered public form outputs that value without context-appropriate escaping. Administrator-level access is required even when unfiltered_html is disabled, and execution occurs when a visitor loads a page containing the affected form.
