Reflected XSS in affected JetBrains TeamCity releases allows remote authenticated users to execute script through OAuth provider configuration. JetBrains identifies the OAuth provider configuration path but has not published the affected handler, parameter, or missing output-encoding operation. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and user interaction, and the injected script can read or alter data available in the victim's browser context.
