Cross-site scripting in JetBrains TeamCity before 2022.04.7, 2022.10.6, 2023.05.6, or 2023.11.5 allows attackers to run script via reports. Certain report grouping and filtering operations render attacker-controlled report data as executable page content; JetBrains has not disclosed the precise code locus or missing encoding step. Successful exploitation requires a TeamCity user to interact with the affected report view and permits script execution in that user's browser session.
