Script execution via unneutralized inspection report data
Published May 29, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Stored XSS in TeamCity before 2022.04.7, 2022.10.6, 2023.05.6, or 2023.11.5 allows remote authenticated users to run script in a viewer's browser. The code-inspection report renderer inserts stored inspection content into generated HTML without adequately neutralizing executable markup. Exploitation requires permission to supply inspection-report content and a different user to view the affected report, enabling script execution in that viewer's TeamCity session.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
