Privileged out-of-bounds access via SMM buffer race

A TOCTOU race in AMD Ryzen processor SMM communication buffers allows privileged local users to read or write memory out of bounds. The SMM handler validates a shared communication buffer, then uses it after its contents can change, allowing the validation result to be raced and bypassed. High local privileges are required; successful exploitation exposes or alters SMM-accessible memory and can interrupt the platform.
