Origin validation error in Trend Micro Apex One Security Agent allows local users to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM. The NT RealTime Scan service accepts commands without adequately validating their origin. Low-privileged code execution on an affected Windows endpoint is required, after which the attacker gains SYSTEM-level control.
