Local system crash via missing RCU read lock

Improper locking in Linux kernel netfilter allows local users to crash the system through Netfilter queue-instance teardown. The instance_destroy_rcu() callback calls nfqnl_flush() and nf_reinject() without holding rcu_read_lock(), leaving RCU-protected dereferences unsafely exposed. Low-privileged local access is required, and exploitation is limited to service interruption through a kernel crash.
