DM manipulation via missing ciphertext integrity checks

Cryptographic integrity failure in FreeFrom K.K. FreeFrom - the nostr client before 1.3.5 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to alter DMs. The app's encrypted-DM handling accepts modified ciphertext without an integrity check, so altered plaintext is displayed as a legitimate message. The attacker must control the communication path; the documented consequence is message-content modification, not disclosure or service interruption.
