Kernel crash via unchecked disabled-IP device lookup

A null-pointer dereference in Linux netfilter TPROXY allows local users to crash affected kernels through a crafted nftables rule. nf_tproxy_laddr4 calls __in_dev_get_rcu for a device with IPv4 disabled and dereferences the returned NULL pointer instead of rejecting the state. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and TPROXY evaluation on an interface with IPv4 disabled; the resulting fault interrupts service.
