Authenticated session forgery via shared default secret

Use of a hard-coded secret in Mirror Registry for Red Hat OpenShift allows remote authenticated users to forge Quay session cookies. The installer copies a fixed plaintext SECRET_KEY from its configuration template into deployments instead of generating a per-instance value. Low-privileged access and knowledge of the shared key are sufficient to gain access to the affected Quay instance.
