Browser script execution via stored form input
Published Jun 13, 2024 · Updated Oct 7, 2024
Stored XSS in Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.20 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in a victim's browser. Cloud Service is also affected; a vulnerable form field stores attacker-supplied script without sufficient neutralization and renders it when another user visits the page. A low-privileged account and a victim page visit are required, and execution remains within the victim's browser context.
