Protected file modification via unchecked descriptors

Permission-model bypass in Node.js 20 before 20.15.1 and Node.js 22 before 22.4.1 allows local users to alter protected file metadata. The fs.fchmod and fs.fchown APIs accept a read-only file descriptor and change its target's mode or ownership without enforcing write permission. Exploitation requires the experimental Permission Model with --allow-fs-write and code execution in the Node.js process; impact is limited to file integrity.
