Stored script execution via unencoded supplier fields

Stored XSS in supplier.php in SourceCodester Warehouse Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts. The view inserts nama_supplier, alamat_supplier, and notelp_supplier directly into HTML input value attributes without entity encoding. Low-privilege access can store a payload, but a victim must load the affected supplier page before the browser executes it.
