Service crash via unbounded request decompression

Denial of service in OpenTelemetry Collector before 0.102.1 allows remote attackers to crash the service with compressed HTTP or gRPC requests. The HTTP path limits only compressed body size before decoding, while gRPC zstd decompression ignores gRPC limits, allowing extreme memory growth. Reachability requires an enabled receiver endpoint; HTTP authentication blocks unauthenticated requests, but gRPC decompresses before authentication, and a crash stops telemetry collection.
