Session-refresh denial via nonnumeric random-string length

Denial of service in Directus 10.11.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to disrupt session refresh via a nonnumeric length query. The /utils/random/string handler converts the length query with Number() but checks only values above 500, so NaN reaches nanoid and breaks later random-string generation. The endpoint is unauthenticated, and one crafted request leaves active sessions unable to refresh until the instance restarts.
