Data compromise via repeated AES-GCM nonces

Cryptographic nonce reuse in Netty/Incubator/Codec/OHTTP 0.0.3.Final through 0.0.10.Final allows attackers to compromise encrypted data. BoringSSLAEADContext stores its response sequence in a 32-bit integer and increments it without enforcing the HPKE sequence limit, causing AES-GCM nonce reuse after 2^32 encryptions. Exploitation requires one context to encrypt more than 2^32 responses under the same key, after which ciphertext confidentiality and integrity are lost.
