Restricted-object disclosure via unfiltered dynamic-group members

Improper authorization in Nautobot 1.3.0 through 1.6.22 and 2.0.0 through 2.2.4 allows remote authenticated users to read restricted objects. The DynamicGroupViewSet members action and Dynamic Group detail view pass instance.members directly to pagination and table rendering without applying the requesting user's object-level view restrictions. The user must hold extras.view_dynamicgroup; exposed records can include every Device in a group without dcim.view_device permission.
