Local code execution via world-writable gem files

Code injection in Zammad before 6.3.1 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through a bundled Ruby gem. The package installation leaves the gem files world-writable, so a local account can replace gem code that Zammad later loads into its processes. Execution requires local server access and occurs with the environment and permissions of the Zammad service account, bounding the consequence to that account.
