Endpoint code execution via configuration-value injection

Configuration injection in Endpoint Protector 5.9.3 and earlier and Unify 7.0.6 and earlier allows attackers to execute code on endpoints. The clients write server-supplied values to options.ini without rejecting newlines, allowing injected key-value pairs such as an attacker-controlled EasyLock update URL. Administrative access to the management server is required, and successful exploitation runs code with administrator privileges on Windows or macOS endpoints.
