Source-code substitution via stale hash-cache reuse

Improper cache validation in Nix 2.22.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to substitute attacker-controlled source via a malicious pull request. The source-fetch path keys cache reuse to the declared hash rather than the source URL, so a URL change can retain source fetched for a different location. Exploitation requires a maintainer to accept the crafted pull request, after which builds can consume source code chosen by the attacker.
