System hard hang via unreset graphics state

Denial of service in affected Linux kernels allows local users to hard-hang systems with AMD SMU 13.0.4 or 13.0.11 hardware during S4 resume. In smu_v13_0_4_system_features_control, the driver sends PrepareMp1ForUnload without first issuing a GFX reset, leaving GC, RLC, and PMFW in an invalid state. A local user must repeatedly initiate hibernation on affected hardware; the resulting hang interrupts the entire system.
