Local system hang via DMCUB idle race

Race condition in Linux kernel 4.15 through 6.8.5 allows local users to hang systems using affected AMD display hardware. The AMD display driver reallows DMCUB idle while a command or GPINT executes, allowing an IPS1 handshake to miss IPS2 and touch the INBOX1 read pointer. The condition requires affected AMD display hardware and a timing race during back-to-back wake-and-execute operations; its documented consequence is a hardware hang.
