Service interruption via premature DPLL registration release

Resource cleanup in Linux kernel 6.7.11 before 6.8 and 6.8.2 through 6.8.8 allows local users to interrupt service. dpll_pin_on_pin_unregister searches without a parent-specific cookie and releases shared registration resources before every registered pin-parent pair is removed. The faulty path occurs during ICE driver removal on a system with an E810T adapter containing a DPLL device, producing a kernel call trace or crash.
