Local service interruption via unlocked Hugetlb reservation uncharge

A reachable assertion in the Linux kernel allows local users to trigger a kernel warning through concurrent UFFDIO_COPY requests on Hugetlb pages. In mm/hugetlb.c, hugetlb_cgroup_uncharge_folio_rsvd() updates a reservation's cgroup pointer without holding hugetlb_lock. The path requires local access, Hugetlb-backed memory, userfaultfd, and competing reservation-map updates; kernels that panic on the warning crash the host.
