CPU lock-up via pending-flag interrupt loop

Improper locking in Linux kernel i2c-hid allows local users to lock up a CPU by racing an I2C transfer with a device interrupt. The i2c_hid_xfer function sets I2C_HID_READ_PENDING, causing i2c_hid_irq to return without service while repeated interrupts prevent the flag-clearing task from running. Reachability requires an affected kernel using the i2c-hid driver and an interrupt during the pending transfer; the bounded consequence is a CPU lock-up and service interruption.
