Kernel panic via mis-sized ACPI CPPC access

Improper system-memory access sizing in affected Linux kernels allows local users to trigger a kernel panic during ACPI CPPC initialization. The CPPC register accessor derives transfer size from bit_width even though ACPI permits non-byte-aligned values, causing an invalid system-memory access instead of using access_width and bit offsets. The path requires ACPI CPPC system-memory register descriptors with this layout; the observed consequence is an asynchronous SError and host crash.
