Device hard reset via split QSEECOM buffers

Denial of service in Linux 6.7 through 6.8.8 and 6.9 release candidates allows local users to hard-reset Qualcomm devices. The uefisecapp path allocates request and response structures separately even though QSEECOM APP_SEND firmware expects both inside one contiguous, properly aligned DMA region. The path requires local access and compatible Qualcomm hardware; failures produce I/O errors, rejected SCM calls, or a device hard reset.
