Kernel memory corruption via folio type confusion

Memory corruption in affected Linux 6.6 through 6.9 prerelease kernels allows local users to corrupt kernel state via a folio-split race. folio_test_hugetlb reads changing page state during a concurrent transparent huge-page split, mislabels a non-hugetlb folio, and causes hugetlb paths to interpret and mutate overlapping metadata. Ordinary unprivileged local execution is sufficient; resulting operations provide kernel-memory read and write primitives, while CONFIG_DEBUG_VM can turn the fault into an oops or panic.
