Kernel crash via COMPHY initialization over-read

Out-of-bounds read in the Marvell Armada 3700 COMPHY driver allows local users to crash affected Linux kernels during PHY setup. After fix_idx reaches ARRAY_SIZE(gbe_phy_init_fix), the initialization loop keeps reading gbe_phy_init_fix[fix_idx].addr instead of switching to gbe_phy_init[addr]. The flaw is reachable only on systems using the Armada 3700 COMPHY driver, and the reported consequence is availability loss without data disclosure or modification.
